Among the tourist attractions in the Portillo area, in addition to the Laguna del Inca, is the Chacabuco Monument, which commemorates the Battle of Chacabuco, a major victory of Chilean and Argentine forces against Spanish forces in 1817. The monument is an important historical site and offers a panoramic view of the valley.

Also near Portillo is Mount Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the Andes, and a popular destination for mountaineering and trekking enthusiasts.

Laguna del Inca is located in the same area as Portillo. It is a beautiful turquoise lake and is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, making it one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region.

Laguna del Inca is a lake of glacial origin located in the Andes Mountains, near the border between Chile and Argentina, at about 2,850 meters above sea level and is in a beautiful location surrounded by majestic mountains and snow-capped peaks, making it a popular stop for visitors to the area. Tourists can walk around the lake, enjoy the breathtaking views of the Andes and take pictures.

Laguna del Inca is also famous for being a place of legends and myths, and its waters are said to have healing properties. It is also known to be a sacred place for the native peoples of the area, who have visited the site for centuries to perform ceremonies and rituals.
