Important Notes
- Children policy: Children from 4 to 12 years old must use the mandatory helmet (the school provides it). In case the parents want to accompany them, they can do so outside the property and they do not have to pay a pass at the base of Cerro Catedral. If, on the other hand, parents want to take classes with their children they can take a private class and the instructor will focus the class on the level of skiing or snowboarding that the children have.
- Transfer policy: The transfer begins at your hotel and ends at the school's main location. If your hotel is located outside of the established circuit (hotels downtown and until KM 8), the service may include additional costs.
- Special data request: We ask that as soon as the passengers make the reservation, to complete the following information: full name as it appears on the passport, passport number, passport’s expiration date, date of birth, gender, nationality.
