Inside the jungles of Misiones is a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the San Ignacio Ruins. 4- Moconá Falls

The famous Igauzu Falls aren't the only waterfalls in the area. 35 km from Puerto Iguazu is the town of Puerto Paraíso. From here you can take a boat ride along the Rio Uruguay, inside the Moconá Provincial Park where you'll get to see these amazing falls that form the boundary with Brazil. The falls run for 3km and are unique in that rather than falling down, they effectively fall perpendicularly into the river alongside, the only falls in the world to do so. The name aptly means "to swallow everything" in Guarani. You can visit with a tour to Moconá Falls
