- Children policy: Each passenger who flies has insurance, therefore, must pay the full value of the tour. Children and adolescents must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
- Transfer policy: The transfer is optional if you are located in Sao Paulo or Boituva. The price of the transfer is per car for max 4 people. If you don't choose the transfer option our customer service team will inform you about the meeting point.
- Dress code & recommendations: On hot days, don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. Backpacks and bags are not allowed in the hot air balloon. These will be safeguarded by the logistics staff on the ground.
- Health conditions: The following people are not allowed to fly: pregnant women, people who’ve recently undergone surgeries, and those with spinal or knee problems. It is important to inform the flight instructors if you have a disability or any special needs. Adults weighing more than 100 kg, please contact customer service.
