Itinerary
Book this incredible bike tour and discover the fascinating Río de Janeiro history! Pedal through the colorful cobblestone streets of the center of Río, a very important cultural and historical Brazilian site. The tour begins along the edge of the Botafogo beach and then inside the Flamengo Park, where you will visit the Gloria Marina, the National Monument dedicated to the Brazilian soldiers who died during the Second World War, and the Modern Art Museum. You will then visit the Cinelandia Plaza, the scenery of some of the biggest changes of the XXth century in Río. From there you will be able to observe the Municipal Theatre (Teatro Municipal) and the Museum of Fine Arts.
The tour will continue to the Arcos de Lapa, the Selarón Stairway and various historical buildings. You will then discover the Maua Plaza, where you will witness the contrast between the old Río de Janeiro and the contemporaneous city. You will visit the port of Río, the Museum of Art and the Museum of Tomorrow. In the Maua Plaza you will find great panels of arts from Brazilian artists. The bicycle tour in Río ends with the visits of the November 15 and Tiradentes Plazas, important historical sites of the city.
