Itinerary

With this sightseeing tour you will visit Rio de Janeiro’s 4 wonders: four unique landmarks that make up the identity of the city. Be sure not to miss the best tourist hotspots with this jeep tour!

1. The Tijuca Forest is a protected area of the Atlantic Forest and is the largest urban forest in the world. Here you can enjoy the exotic Brazilian flora, waterfalls and trails. Moreover, in the Mirador Vista Chinesa you will be exposed to stunning panoramic views over Copacabana beach, Guanabara Bay and Niteroi.

2. Corcovado Mountain is where you’ll find the famous statue of Christ the Redeemer. Corcovado, along with the D.Marta Tower, offers one of the most spectacular views of the city and is a must-do for tourists visiting Rio de Janeiro. The Zona Sul extends at the foot of the statue, with the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana, the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon and the Botanical Garden. From the D.Marta tower, you will see Guanabara Bay, the Rio- Niterói Bridge, Sugar Loaf, the Marina of Glory and Niterói.

3. Sugar Loaf Mountain is located in Guanabara Bay and is a visual reference for sailors and pilots. Due to its curved shape, its location, its significance in the city’s history and the unique way of getting to the top, Sugarloaf is the touristic hallmark of Rio de Janeiro.

4. The Botanical Garden was established by D.João VI in 1817 to grow exotic plants. It is one of the world’s most unique parks, thanks to the variety of plant species that live there. The Royal Palms and huge water lilies are remarkable, as are the famous Vitórias Régias. There are also examples of Pau-Brasil, a coastal tree which is unfortunately endangered. You will explore the enchanting corners of the Botanical Garden, one of Tom Jobim’s (the famous Bossa Nova singer) favorite spots.

With this unique and fun city tour, you will visit Rio de Janeiro’s cultural and natural icons by jeep. Do not miss the opportunity to visit the places that make this city one of the most beautiful in South America!
