- Transfer Policy: The transfer service in Ushuaia uses shared vehicles. Therefore there may be slight delays depending on the number of passengers and their respective itineraries.

- Tour Policy: The driver will be waiting in the arrival hall with a sign with your name (or the name of the person who made the booking).
- Not Included: Lunch and the entrance fee to the Tierra del Fuego National Park are not included.
- Not Included: The ticket to board the End of the World Train can be purchased directly in the National Park before boarding. Passengers who do not wish to travel by train will continue by bus to the point where the train ride ends and passengers are reunited. The End of the World Train ride in Tierra del Fuego National Park lasts 45 minutes.
- Not Included: During the Beagle Channel Boat Trip: The port tax is not included. There is a café on board the boat where you can buy snacks.
- Dress Code: Please take a coat, hat, gloves and sunglasses. Weather conditions during the navigation can be different from the conditions on the mainland.
- Not Included: Transfers to and from the port of Ushuaia are not included. You can book these at an extra cost. Please contact our Customer Service Team should you wish to book this service.
- Season Alert: The Martillo Island Tour is only available between September and April when the penguins are on the island. However, the best time to see them is between December and January. For more information on ecological cycles.

- Not Included: The entrance to Estancia Harberton is not included.
