- Tour Policy: The Big Ice Perito Moreno Trekking Tour is only available for people between the ages of 18 and 45, who are in good physical condition. When booking, you are confirming that you are in the allowed age group. If the guide decides you are not able to carry out the tour due to your age or physical condition, the agency is not liable for repayment. This matter should be settled directly with the operator in El Calafate.
- Tour Policy: For this tour, it is essential that you send the following information, along with your payment reservation, to hola@daytours4u.com: Full name as it appears on your passport. Passport number. Date of birth. Gender. Nationality.
- Tour Policy: Without this data we cannot make the reservation or guarantee the availability of the tour. Once we receive this email, we will send you an email confirmation of the activity along with the vouchers. Please note that this process may take longer than the usual 48h.
- Not included: Lunch and entrance to the Los Glaciares National Park is not included. The entrance fee is payable in cash at the time of entry.
- Recommendations: We recommend you bring your own food and drink, as there is only a small café inside the National Park.
- Transfer Policy: The airport transfer service is shared, and therefore, the time and duration depends on the number of passengers and their respective itineraries.
- Transfers to hotels outside the centre of El Calafate may involve an extra cost.
- Tour Policy: Please check that your flight booking in and out of El Calafate corresponds with the times and dates of your booking. You must have a full day free for the Big Ice Trekking Tour. Reservations for passengers arriving on or departing on flights scheduled for the same day as this service are not accepted.
- Transfer Policy: For the transfer to the Big Ice Trekking Tour, passengers who are staying at the following hotels should present themselves at the office of Hielo y Aventura located in the centre of El Calafate at the arranged time: Austral, Hostel Patagonia, Shilling, La Loma, Apart Chalten, Hotel Amado, Apart Libertador, Hospedaje Alejandra, Oregón, Camping Ovejero, Cabaña Santa Mónica.
- Season Alert: The Estancia Cristina Day Tour is not available between May and September.
- Not Included: Since Estancia Cristina is located within the Los Glaciares National Park, passengers must pay the entrance fee to the park.
- Dress Code: The weather in Patagonia can change radically several times a day. We recommend you bring comfortable clothes, coat, jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen, windbreaker, scarf, hat, gloves and suitable shoes (sports shoes, boots or hiking boots).
- Transfer Policy: For the 4x4 tour at Estancia Cristina: passengers will be divided into groups should the maximum number of passengers be exceeded. This Extreme Package only includes the 4x4 option at Estancia Cristina.
- Tour Policy: Packages and/or promotions cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
