The Penguin Tour on Martillo Island begins with a walk to the Harberton Farm from the Ushuaia Tourist Pier, with a view of the Beagle Channel and a visit to the Martillo Island by boat. - Tour Policy: On Tuesdays there is no visit to Estancia Harberton.
- COVID-19: Due to current circumstances, the capacity of this excursion has been reduced. We recommend that you have a range of dates available to join this activity.
- Transfer policy: Transfers to and from hotels are not included. The tour starts at the Port deck in Ushuaia.
- Not included: drinks, meals, port tax (USD$10 approx)
- Dress code and recommendations: bring warm and waterproof clothing, shoes, gloves, and sunglasses.
- Weather alert: In case the tour has to be canceled due to climatic factors, it can be rescheduled within your possibilities.
- Winter alert: During winter (July -September), the tour will depart and return from the port. It will include a walk in the Island to see the penguins but only a few families of Gentoo penguins locally called Papuas are staying during this time in the island
