- Tour Policy: Without this data we cannot make the reservation or guarantee the availability of the tour. Once we receive this email, we will send you an email confirmation of the activity along with the vouchers. Please note that this process may take longer than the usual 48h.
- Transfer Policy: The airport transfer service is shared, and therefore, time and duration may depend on the number of passengers and their respective itineraries.
- Tour Policy: Transfers to hotels outside the centre of El Calafate may involve an extra cost.
- Not Included: Lunch and entrance fee to the Los Glaciares National Park are not included. Entrance fee can be paid in cash upon entry to the National Park.
- Recommendations: We recommend you bring your own lunch and drinks, as there is just a small café inside the National Park.
- Not Included: There is an extra navigation per person to be paid in cash on the spot.
- Not Included: During the Perito Moreno Glacier Tour, passengers will have the opportunity to take a boat cruise to the north side of the glacier. This ride is optional and is not included in the tour price. Passengers who do not wish to take this option may wait in the café of the National Park.
- Tour Policy: The trails around Perito Moreno contain about 900 steps but it is not necessary to go up all of them. Passengers with mobility problems or physical limitations can use the elevator to reach the various lookout points.
- Season Alert: The Torres del Paine Day Tour is only available between September and April.
- Not Included: Entrance fee, lunch and drinks inside the Torres del Paine National Park are not included. Entrance to the National Park is payable in cash on arrival. We recommend you bring your own food and drinks because the National Park has only small cafés.
- Tour Policy: Note that you need to cross the border into Chile for this tour, so please ensure you have your passport and any necessary documentation with you.
- Tour Policy: If you want to stay in the Torres del Paine National Park and return to El Calafate another day, contact our Customer Support team 24 hours in advance. We have several options for you to customize your trip.
