It is friendship month in Argentina. To celebrate with you, every day we will share the Bsas4u team’s insider tips to our favourite places and attractions in Buenos Aires. Each of these places has a real porteña soul, and we always recommend them to our friends coming to visit Buenos Aires. These are the places we hold dear to our hearts, just for you, so take note!

Whose tips: Nicole Eberhard — English Content Editor for Daytours4u , from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa What she likes: Nicole has an artistic side; she loves literature, writing and music, especially rock. She is passionate about wine, and likes tasting good Argentine and South African wines. On sunny weekends, she likes to go rollerblading at Bosque de Palermo or walking through the gardens. She loves travelling in Latin America, and her next destination is Patagonia. In the team, she is known for always being in a good mood.

Nicole recommends: The Buenos Aires Market

This market is held once a month at the Plaza Unidad Latinoamericana in Palermo. It is the ideal place for gourmet food, with a wide range of local and organic produce, herbs, spices, olive oil and a great selection of bread - your taste buds will be in heaven! The Buenos Aires Market is perfect for lunch, you can choose between wraps, veggie burgers, hearty homemade dishes, sandwiches and more. There is also a good selection for meat lovers with excellent empanadas, hotdogs and lots of other delicious surprises. You can also go grab a sweet treat, but the choice is difficult between waffles with dulce de leche and banana-chantilly (honestly!), pain au chocolate, chocolate banana cake... You get the picture, come hungry! Admission is free; prices vary by product, but are quite reasonable. The Buenos Aires Market is a perfect place to meet friends, discover and sample tasty food, and enjoy a beautiful moment.
