Itinerary Description
Hotel Pickup and Journey to Mollepata
Our exciting day begins very early in the morning with pickup from your hotel in Cusco. We will head to the charming town of Mollepata, located 90 kilometers from Cusco in the province of Anta. During the journey, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Andean landscapes and start to feel the connection with nature.
Energetic Breakfast in Mollepata
Upon arriving in Mollepata, we will stop to enjoy a typical regional breakfast. This breakfast is designed to provide you with the necessary energy for the trek ahead. Savor local products and get ready for the adventure.
Journey to Soraypampa
After breakfast, we will continue our journey to the community of Soraypampa, situated at 3,920 meters above sea level. This is the starting point of our trek. Upon arrival, you will receive a brief explanation of the route and trail conditions from our expert guides.
Start of the Trekking
We will begin our hike, ascending for approximately an hour and a half. During the trek, you will be surrounded by spectacular views of the Andes, observing various native plants and wild animals such as horses, sheep, Andean foxes, and vizcachas. Humantay Lake Viewpoint
